so im on this diet thing.... its a cycle, 200 cal one day 400 the next, then 600, then 800.... but i cant do it :( i have no discipline... im anywhere from 20-100 cal over everyday... which i guess is ok?? im really active, marching band, dance, school, work.... and i cant afford to pass out but i want to be skinny sooooo bad. I weigh 110- 105 depending on the day and i want to weigh 90... im 5 2 so its still healthy.... but its so hard for me to loose weight i have too much muscle.... it makes me sad.
